What we do here is try to get addicting flash games that you find on the internet, put into spreadsheets. We do this so that you can download these games and play them in the comfort of your own cubicle. By doing this, we eliminate the watchful eye of the Internet Watch Dogs. If you're not on a website playing video games while at work, then you cant get caught. If you're using a spreadsheet you can play it on any computer, anywhere you have Office.

- So it begins already! I got an email from one of our members who told me that their work has already blocked Spreadsheet Ninja! While I am not shocked that this has happened, I am surprised it happened in less than 6 months! That means the website is getting around and becoming pretty popular! For those of you who have recommended this website to a co-worker, thanks a bunch! Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising out there. So thanks for the help!
- Here is my solution to the "my work blocked me" issue. I will be emailing a copy of the new games that I release. If you already know of a game you love, you can request a copy of it I will not send you all 30+ games though! I think I will also email the top 3 downloaded games to all the members though.
- Also, if your work has blocked you already and you have co-workers who are not currently registered but they want the games too, tell them to go home and register for a free account. That way they can get copies of the games too!!
- I plan to have several new games released in a few days here, things have been pretty busy lately.

Your goal, is to move your character to avoid the holes. Levels 1 though 30 are,... easy. The farther along you go, the faster things move, and the less space you have to navigate with. It just keeps getting harder and hard and harder. I cant beat level 50 yet. Let me know if you do!!

That's fine, you'll never be required to sign up. I hated signing up for all those gaming sites just to play their games, so I won't make my visitors endure that.
With that said, if you do become a member you will get email notification of whenever new games or news is posted. Keeping you up to date. I wont ever spam you with junk, and I will never sell your email (I don't even know how to do that.)
The more members we have, the more encouraged I am to make more and more spreadsheet games for you! Go ahead and sign up, it's quick and easy!

A good friend of mine suggested that the Net Nazi (read: Sys Admin) is going to start cracking down on websites that offer games to be played online.
The whole reason I created this site was to keep people out of trouble (at least not get caught online.) So like I said, I have removed the arcade. It wasnt getting used much anyways and I think it distracted visitors from the original purpose. Thanks.
On a better note, keep a look out for more spreadsheet games to come along. I've had a pretty busy schedule, but I will have a few moments where I can put up a few new games. I've got a queue of games waiting to be made so I'll see if I can post as many of those as I can in one day.

| | Read or post comments - 0 | | | Good News for Entrecard Droppers! | | Posted on Monday 27 October 2008 - 14:55:58 by spreadsheetninja | | I have decided to periodically check my "Top Droppers" and anybody that drops more than 10 times on my site will earn a sort of "permalink" on my site. What this means is that I will save the current 125x125 picture that you have on entrecard and add it to my site with a link to yours!! This is good for you as it helps your page rank (more links in = good) and it's good for me because it will hopefully generate more drops on my website. So it's a win-win for all my entrecard droppers out there!
I would also recommend that if you don't already have Project Wonderful that you sign up for that too. (No referral link from me, just a tip.) It can seriously boost your page hits. In one day I got over 1000 hits just because I had the same type box ad on a website that got over 50,000 hits a day. From that one page alone I got soo many hits!

- Upgrade to a new CMS. This has gone very well actually. It's taken a bit to get used to and adjust the plugins to work the way I want them to. But for now I should be done with the upgrades and able to concentrate on making more spreadsheet games! (Sorry, I've been slacking.)
- Next thing is the layout. I've been struggling to find a good layout for this CMS. I think this is the best one. I've still got to tweak the icons a bit, there are some white areas that need to get trimmed.

I have however kept the arcade intact for those of you who dont have Microsnort Offise. Feel free to attempt and beat my high scores!!!
